Description: Adho Mukha Svanasana, Downward Facing Dog, is an integral yoga posture. It often is overlooked simply as a transitional pose in sun salutations, but its benefits are integral to a well rounded yoga practice. It is the building block of other, more advanced postures.
Join us as we explore and discover vitality in our Down Dog. Variations with blocks, ropes, and chairs will be explored. We will discuss the many physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of this fundamental posture.
